Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM, sales processes, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the CRM remains a reliable source of truth for the sales pipeline
* Define and monitor key sales metrics & KPIs to support decision-making and strategic alignment
* Train and onboard sales teams to maximize CRM adoption and ensure data integrity
* Develop and refine KPIs that reflect sales performance, future projections, and provide clear reports and dashboards to track trends and identify improvement areas
Requirements
* Proven experience in CRM, sales processes (B2B) and the ability to define sales metrics & KPIs for strategic decision-making
* Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
