Job Title: Regional Account Manager for GBS WEA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page Portugal. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, streamlining GBS interaction across customer units and countries, and driving cross-BL opportunities on regional/local level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and streamline GBS interaction across customer units and countries
- Drive cross-BL opportunities on regional/local level
- Develop, exploit, and maximize regional penetration and profitable growth of assigned key customer for GBS cross-business lines
Requirements:
- More than 3 years' Key Account Management/Senior Sales and related management experience with a track record of successful performance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing complex projects/customers successfully
- Fluent in English language
- Customer knowledge, identifying and developing customer value
- Translating strategy into concrete actions skills
- Business and sales planning skills
- Customer intimacy (incl. buying behavior) skills
- Consultative selling and sales and customer development skills
- Analytical skills and problem solving
- Influencing & negotiating skills
