Job Description
- Implement Campaign Factory plans and objectives, aligned with IMS and NBS strategies
- Lead the team in establishing and accomplishing objectives as aligned with stream priorities
- Manage team goals and development plans - Evaluate team performance and conduct regular appraisals
- Manage the team's operational capacity and ensure right team allocation to projects
- Perform operational reviews and report to Campaign Factory Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in leading people/teams
- Experience with CRM tools, Adobe Campaign preferred
- Knowledgeable about reporting/data analysis KPIs for email marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
