Job Description

  • The Administrative Specialist will partner with Managing Director and other regional leaders to ensure cross-functional collaboration and achieve regional objectives.
  • This involves providing program management for executive-level regional projects, handling sensitive information with discretion, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • The successful candidate will also contribute to strategic discussions, support regional executives with communications, and facilitate regional cadences.
  • Prior experience with cross-functional project management, business operations, or executive support is essential.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, business operations, or executive support.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English and Portuguese communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentations.
  • Able to consult, facilitate, and influence to solve problems under pressure and with cross-functional partners.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
