Job Description
We are seeking a versatile, autonomous, and motivated Executive Assistant to support our expansion and structure our commercial, marketing, and administrative activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a prospecting strategy, conducting prospecting campaigns, participating in tender processes, and managing the company's LinkedIn account and website.

The role will involve 40% commercial activities, including identifying target companies, choosing communication channels, and planning outreach and follow-ups. This will also include conducting prospecting campaigns, sending emails, managing follow-ups, tracking prospects, and updating the client database.

The remaining 60% of the role will focus on marketing and administrative activities, including designing impactful communication materials, identifying relevant corporate events, organizing Astros' participation, and managing internal IT.
