Customer Success Coach

We are looking for a Customer Success Coach to join our team at CLEVERLY LDA (Portugal). As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer success and retention.

The Scaled Customer Success Associate Program is an entry-level opportunity tailored to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and successful customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Customer Success Strategies: Create and execute plans to drive customer adoption and retention.

  • Coach and Develop Customer Success Teams: Provide guidance and support to our customer success teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

  • Analyze Customer Data: Use data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in our customer success efforts.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our customer success efforts.

  • Communicate Effectively: Present customer success metrics and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
