We are looking for a talented Corporate Service Coordinator to join our team at Immigrant Invest. As a Corporate Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team and ensuring seamless operations in our Portuguese Office in Lisbon.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and organized records, documents, and reports, as well as providing effective administrative assistance to executives, teams, and clients as required.

This role also involves coordinating special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, and overseeing facilities, supplies, and equipment. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build trust in our brand.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Corporate Service Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level and Portuguese at a B2+ level
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Proficient in computer skills, including client management software and databases
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Work hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
