Job Summary

The European Business Development Manager - Peripherals is responsible for growing profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction.

Main Accountabilities
  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence in Europe.
  • Drive product adoption through effective communication and value proposition.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of European business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • IT company experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the European distribution landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Results-oriented and collaborative mindset.
