The OpportunityThe Talent Acquisition and HR Partner will be responsible for building strong relationships with employees and managers, acting as the HR's point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships and acting as the HR's point of contact to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Be the trusted HR advisor for the local site manager.
- Work closely with managers, the departmental HRBPs, and the HR team to increase productivity, hiring, and retention.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and culture.
- Sourcing & Networking: Identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, employee referrals, etc.) to build a diverse talent pool.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through online presence, recruitment events, and social media, showcasing the company's culture, mission, and values.
- Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth – ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Advise leadership on HR best practices and legal updates.
- Lead local HR projects and initiatives.
- Administrate the onboarding and offboarding processes.
The position is located in our office in Lisbon and we operate in a hybrid mode, 2 times a week at the office.
