About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Representative for Eye Products, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients. Your primary language will be German, and you will also need to have a strong command of English.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
