We are seeking an accomplished SAP Analytics Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon and contribute to one of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the entire SAP analytics project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment phases;
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver analytics solutions that meet business needs;
- Resource Management: Supervise internal and external project resources, including consultants, developers, and functional teams;
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
- Reporting & Documentation: Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders;
- Solution Delivery: Drive implementation of SAP analytics solutions such as SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP HANA;
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and improved delivery;
- Leadership & Mentoring: Support and coach project team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous;
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing SAP projects, with 2+ years focused on SAP Analytics;
- Proven experience delivering solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or SAP HANA;
- Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and reporting within SAP environments;
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow);
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
- SAP project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate) are desirable;
- Experience managing, reporting, and communicating on budgets, timelines, and resources in large-scale, cross-functional projects;
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
