Player Support Team Lead

We're looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our Miniclip Player Experience team. The ideal candidate will guide, train, and motivate the team to deliver value-driven customer service and an exceptional game experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Player Support agents
- Developing and implementing a soft and hard skill development plan for the team
- Defining tasks and priorities for the team
- Hiring and onboarding new team members
- Quality control of ticket answering and backlog management
- Collaborating with the Player Operations team to optimize agent and player effort
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in guiding and teaching a group
- Understanding of support tools, analytics, and technology
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong organizational, proactive, and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
Additional desirable skills include:
- Previous experience in managing a team
- Experience in working with multicultural groups
- Experience in the gaming industry and understanding of game/product development cycles
- Knowledge in Customer Experience and Customer Centricity concepts
