Job Title: Player Support Team Lead

At Miniclip, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Player Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Player Experience department, you will be responsible for leading a team of support specialists and ensuring that our players receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of support specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and procedures, ensuring that our players receive timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Player Operations team, to ensure that support efforts are optimized and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the player experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including players, internal teams, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing support operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and presentations.
Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience in managing a multicultural team.
  • Knowledge of customer experience and customer-centricity concepts.
  • Experience in UX/UI, statistics, and/or project management.
