About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at RoomRaccoon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide Customer Support Consultants towards excellence in providing high-quality support to our customers.
  • Manage complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring a seamless operation of our customer support team.
  • Conduct quality assurance for email and phone interactions, identifying areas for improvement and providing training recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German or Dutch.
  • 2+ years of experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role with leadership experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and technical proficiency in working on different systems.
