About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at RoomRaccoon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Customer Support Consultants towards excellence in providing high-quality support to our customers.
- Manage complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring a seamless operation of our customer support team.
- Conduct quality assurance for email and phone interactions, identifying areas for improvement and providing training recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German or Dutch.
- 2+ years of experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role with leadership experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and technical proficiency in working on different systems.
