Senior Customer Support Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Consultant to join our team at RoomRaccoon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in elevating our customer support quality and ensuring the seamless operation of our customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance for customer support interactions, identifying areas for improvement and providing training recommendations.
  • Lead new product release validations, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Address complex customer issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, guru cards, and canned responses.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German or Dutch is a must.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role, with a strong track record of leadership and technical proficiency.
  • Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
