The Job Squad is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will provide top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

This is a multilingual support position, requiring fluency in Swedish and English. You will work with customers who use our paid products, providing support for general and technical issues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Manage policy, safety, and copyright issues
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, including video playback and account issues
  • Support customers with monetization purposes
  • Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines

Requirements

  • Native-level Swedish and fluent English
  • At least 12 months of customer support experience in a contact center
  • Knowledge of BPO KPIs: C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
