About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Consultant to join our team at RoomRaccoon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in elevating our customer support quality and ensuring the seamless operation of our customer support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance for customer support email and phone interactions, identifying areas for improvement and communicating needs for training.
- Lead new product release validations, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers.
- Address complex customer issues as an escalation point, enforcing precise bug logging and resolution follow-ups.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, guru cards, and canned responses.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German or Dutch.
- 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to consistently communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in working with different systems, with training provided as needed.
