The Customer Support Specialist role at Job Squad is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Copenhagen. As a Senior Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert technical support for our customers using our paid products. Your daily tasks will include resolving complex problems, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional customer service.

Ideal Candidate

  • You speak and write Czech at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
  • At least 12 months of experience in Customer Support within a Contact Center, with knowledge of BPO KPI's: C-SAT, NPS, & SLAs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, computer handling skills, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
