Customer Service Representative for Residential Properties

As a Customer Service Representative for residential properties at CBRE, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients. This role is part of the Sales function and involves designing sales solutions to present and sell to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet potential clients and visitors, ensuring the property suite is tidy and organized.
- Arrange introductions to Sales Agents and provide necessary paperwork.
- Distribute marketing materials and maintain inventory of sales documents.
- Represent the company and properties at events.
- Interpret instructions and create presentations using established procedures.
