**Job Description**
As a Waiter (M/F) at Tn Portugal, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. You will provide information about hotel products and services to guests, promote consumption by suggesting menu items and wine pairings, and ensure that all food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will report directly to the F&B Director and will be expected to:
- Provide information about hotel products and services to guests;
- Promote consumption by suggesting menu items and wine pairings;
- Ensure that all food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly;
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times;
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A genuine smile and good communication skills;
- Customer orientation and a passion for delivering excellent service;
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn and evolve;
- Time flexibility and autonomy to work independently;
- Experience in similar roles in 4 or 5-star hotels or superior restaurants/bars;
- Knowledge of Portuguese and English, with preference for another foreign language (fluent in speaking);
- Professional course adapted to the role (preferred);
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
