Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager (Banking) to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. The client is a major European bank with activities in over 70 countries worldwide and over 150 years of existence. You will join an international and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely resolution of client-related issues, queries, and requests.
  • Guarantee correct communication flow between client and Business Operations teams.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and control activity risks.
  • Participate in projects to drive business growth and deliver internal system releases.
  • Collect data from client email communication and build KPIs to improve client experience.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a college or university; good Microsoft skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; proactive, motivated, and willing to absorb new concepts; ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments; strong team player; fluent in English.
