About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for driving sustained sales growth and identifying new selling opportunities through daily contact with clients. You will manage a portfolio of medium-sized businesses (SMBs) clients, providing pre- and post-sales support for all products, as well as offering product and tool support to improve clients' experience and drive higher product adoption and spend.
Requirements- Native Greek speaker with fluency in English (B2 level mandatory)
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 1 year experience working in digital marketing or sales
- Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment
The successful candidate can expect a stable work environment, career progression opportunities, investment in training and personal development, health insurance since day one, possibility to live in one of our apartments, initial flight expenses refund, annually complementary return flight to your home country (within Europe), free Portuguese language courses, sport activities, and organized events. Additionally, a monthly and quarterly bonus will be offered based on performance.
Salary RangeWe are offering a salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience, which includes a base salary of €20,000 and a variable component that ranges from €5,000 to €15,000 per annum. This is an estimate and may vary based on individual performance and company policies.
