We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Director for Child Psychology Services to join our team. As a key member of our global network, you will be responsible for managing and providing clinical oversight and functional supervision for counsellors assigned to the designated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of high-quality clinical services to children and adolescents.
- Provide coaching and consultation to counsellors on clinical interventions, case management, and integration of the Care Coach.
- Oversee ongoing quality management activities and integrate quality improvement into daily programme operations.
- Establish key performance indicators in alignment with department and company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance programme outcomes.
