About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Services Manager to lead our team in delivering services on Global Mobility, Fleet, Benefits, and worldwide.
- You will work closely with the HR Center of Expertise to define the Total Rewards Strategy and Policies for the Solvay Group and collaborate with HR in Countries to manage local benefits and implementation.
- Your responsibilities will include managing the operational support for Total Rewards services worldwide, deploying Total Rewards policies, projects, and processes, and building strong relationships with country HR partners.
About You
- Rlevant education degree or equivalent in business administration, HR, finance.
- Relevant work experience in total rewards or benefits roles, with experience in total rewards team management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and compliance requirements, global mobility, and fleet services experience is a plus.
