Salary Estimate: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description:

  • Sr Associate HR - Key Talent Programs / Talent Platforms LIVE

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinator, Key Talent Programs: Logistical & administrative coordination of Global Key Talent Programs (tasks include event planning, annual calendar scheduling, preparation of program delivery materials, and ownership of activities tracker).
  2. Preparation and tracking of program metrics.
  3. Apply and maintain program files and records to ensure optimal employee experience and provide high-quality information.
  4. Internal & external vendor coordination & communication.
  5. Facilitation partnership for program activities.
  6. Project Support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Talent Management Activities:

  1. Preparation and distribution of HR KPI Metrics.
  2. Support annual Key Talent Processes.

Requirements:

  1. We seek a team player focused on service and delivery.
  2. A strong communicator, able to resolve conflicts effectively, prioritize tasks logically, and simplify complex processes for desired results.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience with customer support in an internal capacity at a large organization.
  4. Strong organization and time management skills.
  5. Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. High-quality handling and solving customer queries and problems.
  8. Collaboration skills (internally and externally) and initiative/proactivity.
  9. Sophisticated competence using MS Office – in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint.
  10. Experience in event coordination.
  11. Exposure to working with data and metrics in the HR context.
  12. Exposure to TM processes and programs at large organizations.
  13. Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.
