Job Overview

Full-Time Employment Opportunity: We seek a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for driving business growth through strategic talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Strategy Development: Translate business plans into actionable workforce plans, defining headcount needs, skills development, and career paths while aligning with local, regional nuances, and global priorities.
  2. Leadership & Coaching: Provide expert coaching to platform leadership, influencing decisions around talent management, leadership pipelines, succession planning, and performance calibration.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytical skills to provide deep insights into people metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, etc.) ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that boost employee engagement and productivity, ensuring a positive, inclusive work culture that drives performance.
  5. Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with CoEs and regional P&O teams to design and deploy innovative people strategies and programs that address business needs.
Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Sciences or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital HR tools.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
