Technical Support Specialist for French-Speaking Clients

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This role will provide top-notch support to French-speaking clients, working closely with the support team to efficiently answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Your Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a friendly and efficient manner
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide suitable solutions
- Help turn both new and existing customers into loyal users
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or Spanish are a plus)
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of sales processes (e.g., lead tracking, reporting)
- Familiarity with email systems and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage
- Confidence in using helpdesk platforms like Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €40,000 - €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
