Job Description
**Role:** Client Support Specialist - French Language
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist - French Language, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist French Speaking Customers with subscription, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting
- Provide account and application support to customers
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in French language
- Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- You already live in Portugal
- Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit
