Join Our Team as a Client Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at Adentis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for clients and technical/support teams, providing front-line support and ensuring accurate logging of inquiries and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to clients and technical/support teams
- Ensure accurate logging of inquiries and incidents
- Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Keep clients informed of resolution progress through ongoing updates
- Drive improvements in monitoring/measurement/alerting practices and tools
Requirements:
- Experience in providing front-line support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to ensure accurate logging of inquiries and incidents
- Skilled in performing first-level technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Capacity to keep clients informed of resolution progress
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Spoken and written fluency in both French and English
