Join Our Team as a Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at Adentis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for clients and technical/support teams, providing front-line support and ensuring accurate logging of inquiries and incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to clients and technical/support teams
  • Ensure accurate logging of inquiries and incidents
  • Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Keep clients informed of resolution progress through ongoing updates
  • Drive improvements in monitoring/measurement/alerting practices and tools

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing front-line support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to ensure accurate logging of inquiries and incidents
  • Skilled in performing first-level technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Capacity to keep clients informed of resolution progress
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices
  • Spoken and written fluency in both French and English
