Key Responsibilities- Develop and identify new raw materials for the personal care industry
- Collaborate with process engineers to develop and implement processes for the manufacture of new products
- Conduct bench-scale experiments and 500g scale testing to develop new materials following good laboratory practices
- Analyze and characterize inorganic and organic compounds using various analytical techniques
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously within specified timelines and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in product development
- Advanced understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and project management software
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Portuguese
