About the Role:
The Principal Customer Success Manager is a critical role at PagerDuty, responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic partnerships and advisory services. As a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of industry expertise, you will leverage your experience to deliver business value and innovation to customers, while also working closely with internal stakeholders to inform sales processes and product roadmaps.

The team works closely together to drive customer success and growth, while also identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and systems.

About the Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption plans for PagerDuty products, ensuring timely implementation and effective utilization
- Foster executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, Engineering, and Support organizations
- Provide expert guidance on process, people, and change management best practices to drive adoption of real-time operations
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and mitigate risks to customer success and growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business priorities and objectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PagerDuty products and platform features and capabilities, providing training and support to customers and internal stakeholders

About the Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth
- Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in a SaaS business model and IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles, and modern IT monitoring
