About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Biom?Rieux Bv. As an Associate Specialist in Learning Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to our learning community by handling tickets and requests from stakeholders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all LMS queries, delivering top-notch support.
- Use HR case management and knowledge systems to resolve and document cases within agreed SLAs.
- Apply your LMS expertise to support business owners and enhance learning experiences.
- Research and analyze data to provide accurate answers, navigating multiple systems.
- Use your judgment to handle non-scripted responses and think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Participate in testing new and enhanced learning applications and tools.
- Collaborate with the BT Service Desk to resolve technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective user support.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
