Are you ready to revolutionize the sleep industry?

We at Emma – The Sleep Company, a global leader in D2C sleep products, are seeking a talented Process Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement. As a key member of our Operations department, you will analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and develop initiatives to transform them.

The successful candidate will design a roadmap for developing key processes, ensuring scalability and quality. They will also collect user stories with customers, support Tech teams, and create transparency through performance metrics.

You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to steer process improvement initiatives and ensure high-quality results. Additionally, you will build and share process knowledge, facilitating workshops, training sessions, and coaching to embed a process improvement mindset within teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in process management, continuous improvement, or project management
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus
  • Good understanding of Operations, system workflows, and supply chain concepts
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python and/or SQL is a plus
