As a Solution Architect - Global ISVs and Embedded Partners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and expanding Sovos' global ecosystem and revenue stream.

Key responsibilities include engaging with current and prospective strategic ISVs throughout the pre- and post-sale processes, ensuring they maximize the value of Sovos' solutions through technical and compliance-related product envisioning. You will lead in understanding and anticipating the technical and compliance needs of ISV partners, collaborating with Partner Account Managers to align on new target ISVs and provide ongoing technical and growth support to existing ISV partners.

  • Foster collaboration towards joint embedded/white label offerings that provide unique market value.
  • Deliver a strategic solution design document detailing technical integration and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure continuous knowledge transfer with Sovos subject matter experts in Product and Compliance, providing key market feedback.

You will represent Sovos at marketing events, customer advisory boards, and user groups, showcasing thought leadership and building relationships with ISV Product and Compliance leaders to establish trust and respect, driving ongoing value creation for new and existing partner use-cases.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in tax and/or ERP technology consulting or a similar role within the enterprise software industry. You should have proven experience with sophisticated enterprise integration scenarios, including IaaS, APIs, webhooks, etc., and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities effectively.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in tax and/or ERP technology consulting or a similar role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Strong team orientation with a history of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
