The Role
We're seeking a Demi-Chef de Partie Mexican Kitchen to join our team. In this role, you'll support and assist the Chef de Partie, oversee the section during their absence, and maintain the same level of quality and efficiency.
You'll be responsible for executing mise en place and cooking tasks as per instructions, ensuring precision, consistency, and attention to detail in every dish. You'll work closely with other sections and chefs to ensure smooth service and guide and train Commis Chefs, ensuring they understand and perform their tasks correctly.

Requirements
- Fluent in English; German and/or Portuguese are a plus
- Experience in fine dining or Mexican Cuisine is a plus
- Formal culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with ingredient quality control and mise en place management
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
- Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the kitchen team
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
