Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon Portugal

Job Description: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and customer inquiries, providing support and direction to customers, and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database, troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training, and offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have fluency in Spanish (C2 Level or Native), good knowledge of English (B1 level), a typing speed of 20 words per minute, and availability to work in rotating shifts. You should also have good computer skills, previous experience or contact with clients, excellent communication skills, good listening and empathy skills, and good time management skills.
