Customer Service Representative for European Portuguese-Speaking Sports Enthusiasts

As a Customer Service Advisor with European Portuguese language skills, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier support to sports enthusiasts across various platforms for Cross Border Talents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through multiple channels, including calls, live chat, email, and social media.
Assist customers with account setup, verification, sign-in issues, and financial inquiries.
Offer guidance on navigating the platform and resolving technical issues.
Act as a sports consultant, delivering expert advice and solutions.
Respond swiftly to customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Build positive relationships with customers through open and effective communication.
Ensure customer satisfaction while following company policies.
Provide feedback to improve internal processes.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native European Portuguese with B2 level English.
Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications).
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
A team player with a positive attitude and an interest in sports.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Rotating shifts, including night shifts).
2 days off (rotative).
40 hours per week (full-time).
