Overview

The Boston Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. As an integral part of our business management and operations team, you will provide proactive support to senior leaders and stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary

We offer an attractive and competitive salary package with fixed and variable components, including a comprehensive insurance plan and retirement program. Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary range for this position is between €40,000 and €60,000.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders and stakeholders, anticipating their needs, and proactively solving problems before they arise.
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Processing timesheets and expenses, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to your stakeholders, providing strategic support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in professional services or multinational companies.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Curiosity, insight, and teamwork skills, with a drive to learn, grow, and develop your skills.
