About the Role:
We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a skilled Politics Government Assistant for Social Media for their Lisbon office.
Location and Remuneration:
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and offers a competitive base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor advertisements, detect inappropriate links, and troubleshoot possible issues
- Triage requests from different entities, communicate effectively with government, political, and advocacy partners
- Help maintain relevant content across platforms, provide high-quality responses via email when required
- Evaluate matters and escalate them to the relevant departments
- Maintain a positive attitude towards the brand, update job-related administrative forms
Requirements:
- Native/fluent Hebrew speaker, fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
- Previous experience in customer service roles considered an advantage
- Computer literate, ability to learn new knowledge quickly
- Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive content without bias
- Critical and contextual thinking skills, resourceful personality that remains calm under pressure
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently or as part of a team
