About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and enabling executive effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate weekly regional leadership meetings, quarterly all-staff calls, and contribute to strategic discussions.Regional Program Management: Provide program management for executive-level regional projects and initiatives, ensuring regional financial performance and alignment across functions.Communication and Information Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion, prepare executive communications, and coordinate regional content.Executive Effectiveness & Partnership: Partner with executive office team members to enhance executive effectiveness and productivity.Executive & Office Administration: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, briefing documents, and agendas for executives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

2-5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, business operations, or executive support.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to consult, facilitate, and solve problems under pressure.Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
