Job Description
The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for researching and onboarding new nano and micro-influencers who align with our brand values, building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, and negotiating contracts and rates. You will also coordinate and oversee influencer collaborations from start to finish, ensuring all content is on-brand and aligned with our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential influencers who align with our brand values
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring open communication and smooth collaboration
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with influencers, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive results for both sides
- Coordinate and oversee influencer collaborations from start to finish, ensuring all content is on-brand and aligned with our marketing objectives
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve future influencer collaborations
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and the latest influencer marketing trends
- Great balance of creativity and organization, with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks, even when things get busy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks effectively
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
