Cross Border Talents is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team as an Advertising Solutions Expert. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients in the English market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SMB clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service and marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions to meet client business objectives.
- Engage with clients daily via phone, chat, or email to provide exceptional customer service.
- Research and understand client industries and business models to provide informed support.
- Customize client experiences based on local business nuances to drive success.
- Provide personalized recommendations and consult on optimal product adoption to enhance client outcomes.
- Engage proactively and reactively with clients to assess product performance and offer insights.
- Develop expert knowledge of advertising solutions and share ideas for product and customer experience improvement.
- Offer pre and post-sales assistance within your knowledge scope to ensure seamless client journeys.
- Identify trends, solve problems, and champion success stories to drive business growth.
- Utilize various tools to drive client business success and deliver results-driven support.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of advertising and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and performance under pressure.
- Excellent client contact skills via phone, chat, or email.
- Native or fluent (C2) English level.
