  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing and Management: Screen applications, conduct interviews, build relationships with candidates, provide coaching, and identify ideal matches for clients.
  • Process Optimization and Collaboration: Refine processes, collaborate across teams, and develop employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Performance Monitoring and Metrics: Track key success metrics, including time to match, EA success rate, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles, with proven interviewing and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical proficiency in ATS systems, Airtable, and Notion, with familiarity with Kolbe Assessments and Top Grading Interviews.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational mastery, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and possess a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
