We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on creating memorable moments for our guests throughout their stay. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive personalized attention and support from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
• Ensuring clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Monitoring daily bookings and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
• Assisting in check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations
• Promptly addressing guest requests
• Actively listening to and resolving complaints
• Ensuring special guests, such as disabled individuals, elderly guests, children, and VIPs, receive personalized services
• Informing clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options
• Promoting all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered
• Recommending local tourist attractions, including places to dine, shop, and sight-see
• Establishing friendly relationships with regular hotel clients
Requirements
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and active listening skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a professional presentation. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a relevant field
