We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Meliá Hotels International S.A.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing guest profiles, administering front desk tasks, and supporting revenue strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Guest Profile Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, providing valuable insights into their needs and preferences.
  • Front Desk Administration: Handle all front desk administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and proper billing/credit card processing.
  • Revenue Strategy Support: Assist in maximizing hotel sales and revenue by promoting upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: High level of Portuguese and advanced English; a third language is a plus.
  • Hospitality Degree: Required.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Essential.
