We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Porto Customer Experience Specialist in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell cruise packages, cross-sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products, provide customer support for post-booking and booking management, and support travel agents with bookings and booking management. You will also need to communicate effectively with customers regarding various aspects such as destination, boats, documentation, prices, etc.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess advanced level English language skills (B2) and fluent Italian language skills (C1). Additionally, you will need to have proven computer skills and be able to multitask effectively.
