We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team at Language Matters as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for growing your own desk and coordinating recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Vacancy Management: Registering vacancies in our database and utilising various resources to search for suitable candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Managing the talent pool, daily contact with candidates, reviewing CVs, organising telephone and video interviews.
- Client Relationships: Introducing candidates to clients and arranging job interviews, communicating with stakeholders to test candidate language fluency.
- Business Development: Attending networking events to expand your client base and promote our services.
This role requires an excellent understanding of multilingual communication, proactive mindset, and efficient administrative skills.
Requirements:- Language Skills: Fluency in English and another language (Dutch, German, Italian or Nordic languages preferred).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Proactivity: Proactive approach, taking initiatives and driving results-oriented outcomes.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
