Job Overview:

This position plays a vital role in the Airbus GBS organization, supporting procurement functions and ensuring compliance with Service Line Agreement requirements.

  • Manage purchasing data in SAP, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement department to support SAP PGI system operations and optimize processes.
  • Coordinate activities for the French perimeter on ARP projects and Train activities, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Handle escalations and subcontractor activities, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities, fostering collaborative relationships and driving innovation.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with multiple functions, including strategic and operational procurement, to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to the innovation and digitalization of the procurement process, deploying state-of-the-art tools and processes to drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Provide daily support to buyers, offering guidance on SAP Golden Rules, data processes, and knowledge enhancement, ensuring a high level of understanding and compliance.
  • Contribute to project activities, primarily ARP, and support buyers at level 1 and 2, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues.
  • Validate user access rights, ensuring secure and compliant access to sensitive information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or technical training in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP, with a strong understanding of its features and applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Google Suite knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Delivery-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence.
  • Analytical and open to new ways of working, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A team player comfortable with remote working and willing to travel for business purposes as required.
  • Procurement experience is a benefit, but not essential.
