Job Title: Deal Desk Manager

We are a fast-paced, high-growth company delivering enterprise software for a great people experience. As a Deal Desk Manager, you will play a key role in developing innovative deal structures, handling risk, and educating the sales team on our latest product bundles and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior Sales Leadership, sales community, and internal stakeholders to provide thought leadership and develop innovative deal structures.
  • Develop improved methodologies for pricing and business terms based on data and market knowledge.
  • Provide deal financial modeling and proposal support to senior members of the team.
  • Drive the execution of contracts by working with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to effectively coordinate and manage month and quarter-end deal closure.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Bid Management, Commercial Finance, Sales financial analysis, or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get results.
