Our API-first technology platform offers an end-to-end charging solution, including multi-lingual end-user support, ad-hoc payment capabilities, and complete infrastructure management services. We have offices in Finland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Malaysia, and the USA, serving 60+ partners across three continents. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, engaging with them through phone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission is to solve problems, offer solutions, and make our customers feel valued and understood. You will collaborate closely with our team, including Team Leaders, Managers, and the Customer Success Team. If you are a multilingual superstar, fluent in Norwegian and English, with at least a year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role, and are comfortable with Microsoft 365, we want to hear from you.
